Today I am making some of the tags that are going to go in my new journals. The tags are about 5 x 3.5 inches (roughly 12.5 x 9 cm), double sided, and with tea dyed lace and seam binding toppers. For a change, on these tags I used a slot punch for the hole at the top instead of a round hole with an eyelet. I made my own labels and tea dyed paper (I used scans on these tags). The leaves were collected on a hike, scanned and extracted before adding them to the tea dyed paper. The number stamp I found at Daiso and is my new favorite toy. The ink is from Scrapbook.com (Gingerbread, Dark Chocolate, and Succulent. The dictionary pieces are from a 1959 Webster's Dictionary that had been falling apart for years, but I just knew someday I would have a use for. I am printing with a Cannon Pixma 7020.
